Local warehouse shipment

Warehouse Stock & Shipping Information

We maintain stocked inventory in two overseas warehouses to deliver your orders faster and reduce customs clearance risks.

US Warehouse

• Location: United States
• Applicable region: Customers within the US
• Shipping method: Local domestic delivery
• Advantage: Fast dispatch, short transit time, no import customs duty for US local buyers
• Note: Only SKUs marked with [US] suffix are available for shipment from the US warehouse. Stock status is real-time and subject to change without prior notice.

 EU Warehouse

• Location: Europe
• Applicable region: EU member countries
• Shipping method: Local EU delivery
• Advantage: Shorter lead time, pre-cleared for EU import, lower logistics cost
• Note: Only SKUs marked with [EU] suffix are available for shipment from the EU warehouse. Limited SKU availability. Some customized models are not stocked in the EU warehouse.

Important Notes

1. Warehouse allocation: We will ship your order from the available warehouse with stock. We cannot guarantee specific warehouse assignment unless confirmed by our sales team before payment.
2. Stock availability: Only SKUs with US / EU label after the item code can be shipped from the corresponding overseas warehouse. Overseas warehouse inventory fluctuates frequently. In-stock status on the website is for reference only. Please contact our team to verify stock before placing bulk orders.
3. Shipping fee rules: Two shipping rate options are available on our store: local warehouse shipping rate and factory direct shipping rate.

If you select the local warehouse shipping method for a product without US/EU stock tag, this local shipping option is invalid. Two solutions:

• Option A: Pay extra freight difference to arrange factory direct shipment;
• Option B: Switch to an alternative machine with similar power and performance that is available in the overseas warehouse.

Contact our sales team if you need to confirm stock, model availability or estimated delivery time.
